Delivery time

At EMPASO we work with weekly production batches and Thurday is our fixed weekly DHL shipment day.

With respect to our delivery times, we differentiate between the delivery time for standard TeamCrats (are on stock) and the delivery time for personalised TeamCrates (need to be designed and made first).

Delivery time standard TeamCrates

The delivery time for standard TeamCrates is about 3-8 working days, depending on the moment you’ve ordered and paid your invoice.

If e.g. you’ve ordered and paid on Wednesday, we’ll send your package on the next Thursday and you will recieve your order 2 or 3 days later from DHL. Hence the delivery time is about 3 to 4 working days.

If e.g. your’ve ordered and paid on Friday, we’ll send your package on the next week Thurday and you will receive your order via DHL 2 to 3 days later. Hence, the delivery time is about 7 to 8 working days.

Before sending your order, you’ll receive a DHL shipment notification per mail including the Track & Trace number, so you can follow the DHL delivery yourself.

Delivery time personalised TeamCrates

The delivery time for personalised TeamCrates is about 8-12 working days, depending on the moment you’ve ordered and paid your invoice, and approved the design.

If e.g. you’ve ordered and paid on Friday, we’ll add your order to the production batch of Monday. Your TeamCrates will then be ready and shipped via DHL on Thursday and DHL needs about 2 to 3 days for delivering the package to your door. Hence the delivery time is 10 to 12 working days.

If e.g. you’ve ordered and paid on Tuesday we’ll add your order to the production batch of the Monday on the week thereafter. Your TeamCrates will then be ready and shipped via DHL on Thursday and DHL needs about 2 to 3 days for delivering the package to your door. Hence the delivery time is 7 to 8 working days.
